Almost Typical Catering Company was started by Chef Tinch out of his desire to offer quality meals and exceptional service one plate, one party, and person at a time.

Our head Chef of Almost Typical Catering was classically French trained, and well verse with a wide range of ethnic foods. His commitment to the culinary industry has landed him huge corporate clients such as Google, Home Depot, and Allstate to name a few.
His attention to detail and quality is unmatched and he truly cares about the food he prepares for every single guest.
